We (Andrew, Meredith, and Steven) all made it home today around 1pm. Meredith's mom is staying with us this week to help in our first week as parents outside the hospital. If you'd like to stop by and see Steven and mom, please call ahead of time... thanks for understanding.
It's been a very long week. You may have noticed there weren't any posts since Thursday morning around 10am, just a few pictures uploaded to my Moblog, and none to the image galleries. I won't post the long story, but we had a family emergency that came up and I spent most of Friday in another hospital across town. The good news is that everyone is going to be ok. The recent events caused a change in plans in terms of keeping the website updated. However I plan to upload quite a few pictures and movie snippets tonight/tomorrow morning.
Reading the email, voicemail, comments to the blogs (Steven's site & the MoBlog), and seeing the visitors that stopped by our hospital room made the last few days a little less stressful and were a nice distraction from Thursday and Friday. I can't tell you how nice it was to have my Treo 650 camera phone that could send/receive email and take short movies.
