Steven had his one month check up today and finally we walked away with all good news. He weighs 10 lbs 1/2 oz (50th percentile), he is 23 1/4 inches long (90th percentile...explaining why, despite his weight, he still has chicken legs...obviously he didn't get his legs from his mom!) and his head is 15 1/2 inches (75th percentile).
No shots today...but he gets four next month. OUCH! :(
New pictures are finally up. He's doing a little bit more than just sleeping and eating, so the pictures are getting more exciting. Enjoy!

Steven is three weeks old today and I can hardly believe it! On the one hand it seems like forever since i was pregnant, on the other it seems like just yesterday that we were checking in to the hospital to have him. He's changing so much every day, it's amazing.
My mom left yesterday and Andrew went back to work this week, so I'm officially on my own with him for the first time today. A little scary, but I knew it had to happen sometime.
He's a pretty easy baby, compared to horror stories that i hear. He's starting to coo...
I posted more pictures from the last few days. They include when his cousin Lindsey came over, some naked time (to deal with a bad diaper rash), and seeing his grandparents... my dad esp who he hadn't seen except for a few hours the day his was born (the day after Steven was born, my dad was admitted to the hospital and was released yesterday, Super Sunday... he's doing great BTW).
One thing, notice the two pictures of Maggie (our black dog) with Steven. She likes to curl up near him when he's sleeping in the bouncy seat or when he's...
