Steven turned ten months old on November 26.  Again I ask you...where has the time gone?  Will the rest of his life go by this quickly?  Man...if that's the case, we better start saving for college!

His Mama Goody came to town for a weekend at the beginning of November.  Steven went to the Jacksonville Zoo for the first time and was quite taken with the giraffe because she was right at his eye level (all the pictures of that are on Mama Goody's camera) thank to the great design of the new giraffe exhibit.

Steven's first Thanksgiving was a low key day of hanging out with Mom and Dad at home and watching football. We didn't go to the big family party because his cousin Lindsay had hand, foot and mouth disease and we weren't sure if she was still contagious, so we played it safe and stayed home.

Papa Goody is headed to town today to spend some time with SDC.  He hasn't seen him since the beach trip and Steven is almost a totally different baby.  We should have fun.

As for milestones...he's crawling faster than ever and cruising.  He's mastered the art of pulling himself up to standing and he's doing pretty well at sitting himself back down. I have a feeling walking isn't too far away.  He still only has 1/2 a tooth, although the one right next to it is about to break through. I think he's a little behind in this area...one of my co-worker's 5 month old already has two teeth.  Not to worry though, Steven can gum food with the best of them so it hasn't stopped him from eating.  He waves bye-bye and says “da da.” He can say “ma ma” but prefers to say “da da” so i only hear a “ma ma” every once in a while...usually when he's really tired and fussing.

I guess that's about it.  New pictures are up in Gallery 34.
